NOTICE OF RECRUITMENT OF WORKERS TO WORK IN THE UAE
International Construction and Labor Supply Joint Stock Company - NIBELC, holding a license for the service of sending workers to work abroad (newly renewed) No. 331/LĐTBXH-GP issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on October 24, 2012, needs to recruit engineers and construction workers to work for DNL Company – South Korea in the UAE with the following details:

Workers are exempt from personal income tax in the UAE.
2. Recruitment Requirements:
Male workers aged 22–45, in good health, with good qualifications, skills, moral character, and conduct. (Not suffering from chronic diseases, infectious diseases, syphilis, no physical deformities, no tattoos, not infected with hepatitis A, B, C, HIV, or pulmonary tuberculosis). Candidates must undergo a medical examination before attending the recruitment test. Applicants are required to bring their identity card, 4x6 photographs, certificates, documents verifying work experience, and passport (if available) when registering for the recruitment test.
Safety Engineers, Civil Engineers, and Architectural Engineers must be proficient in English or Korean.
Human Resources Administrators must be proficient in Korean.
Preference will be given to candidates with overseas work experience.
3. Contract Duration
The contract term is 02 years and may be extended depending on the employer’s requirements.
4. Employee Benefits:
- Provided with round-trip air tickets and one month of paid leave salary for each year of service.
- The employer provides insurance and free medical care in accordance with UAE law.
- The employer provides 3 meals per day, accommodation, and transportation to and from work. Uniforms and personal protective equipment are provided free of charge.
5. Costs:
According to the table above. The specific salary for each employee may be increased depending on qualifications, experience, and skill level demonstrated during the recruitment test.
- The above costs do not include translation fees, passport fees, medical examination fees, short-term vocational training, and uniforms prior to departure.
- Successful candidates are required to make a deposit of VND 5,000,000, which will be deducted from the departure fee.
6. Recruitment Test Schedule:
Tentatively scheduled for May 15, 2013 (notification will be given 3 days in advance).
7. Recruitment Test Venue:
Labor Export Vocational Training Center – Ninh Binh.
