Nibelc Germany GmbH, a company established in the Federal Republic of Germany with incorporation license number HRB 171110B issued on October 13, 2015, by the District Court of Charlottenburg - Berlin - Federal Republic of Germany, recruits 40 CHEFS to work in Germany
1.Selection Criteria:

Male: from 1m65, 55 kg; Female: from 1m58, 48 kg; Age: 20 to 45.

Possess a relevant formal vocational qualification/degree with a minimum duration of 2 years or more from reputable Intermediate Colleges or Vocational Colleges in Vietnam. Documents must include the original degree and original academic transcript. (The qualification must be from an institution accredited under the vocational education system of the Federal Republic of Germany).

Possess proof of at least 03 years of work experience in the designated field. (Priority will be given to candidates with previous overseas work experience).

Possess a clean criminal record and good moral character (Criminal Record Certificate No. 2).

Possess a German A2 certificate (Candidates without an A2 certificate must commit to participating in the company's German language training program and obtaining the A2 certificate upon completion of the course).

Meet the health requirements for working abroad in accordance with regulations. Candidates who have previously been denied a European visa or deported from European countries are not accepted.

3. Working Conditions and Benefits

Eligible to sponsor family members to Germany after 06 months and eligible for long-term residency after 05 consecutive years of employment.

Standard working hours: 08 hours/day, 05 days/week; overtime calculated in accordance with the law. Entitled to social insurance, pension, healthcare, and other benefits equal to German citizens.

Employees will be provided with air tickets, airport pick-up/drop-off, and accommodation arrangements (expenses paid by the employee). Nibelc Germany GmbH will provide consultancy and support in resolving any arising matters throughout the contract period.
4. Recruitment Process:

Candidates are required to record a video clip demonstrating their practical skill/trade and submit it to the company. An online interview via Zoom with the partner will be scheduled once the candidate meets the skill requirements and undergoes verification of degrees, qualifications, and work experience documents.
