Due to the nature of its operations, in every country and territory where Nibelc sends workers for fixed-term employment, Nibelc maintains its own representatives or coordinators with the following objectives:
- To develop and evaluate labor export contracts with foreign partners, thereby minimizing and preventing potential risks for workers.
- To promptly resolve any disputes arising in relation to the rights and obligations of workers employed in the host country.
- Not to recruit workers through intermediaries. Instead, Nibelc works directly with local labor export steering committees and vocational training institutions under the principle of “long-term cooperation, credibility assurance, minimizing risks to workers, and placing workers’ interests first.”
- To provide timely updates to labor export steering committees, relevant authorities, and workers’ families regarding the workers’ situation and employment status abroad.
- To strictly implement a direct model of consultation, recruitment, training, and deployment of workers for fixed-term employment overseas. Nibelc manages and assumes responsibility for workers from the time they enroll in training until the completion of their employment contracts.
- To publicly disclose all fees payable by workers. Apart from the fees officially announced, workers are not required to pay any additional charges whatsoever.
